YogaI really enjoyed the online Pilates class led by Michelle. Although I wasn't sure if it would be for me, I actually found it so useful. Michelle went out of her way to cater for all levels of ability in her class and adapted some of the exercises for people like me who are not very fit! She was also so encouraging, positive and helpful that I looked forward to the class each week.
Online PilatesI am really enjoying the sessions with Michelle that she is running through my work. I think she is a brilliant teacher and I have really been inspired by her sessions and found a love of yoga!! She is patient and goes at a steady pace which suits me, and she can correct my posture etc through the online setting. The classes have really helped me through this time to support my wellbeing. It is something I will carry on into the future.
Yoga For PostureMy husband and I join Michelle for the Activity for Health and also for Yoga for Mobility. He has history of strokes and I have osteoporosis, so we need to exercise. This is brilliant because we do it by zoom from home in these times where we have to isolate. Michelle is so lovely - patient, kind and very knowledgeable. We feel much better after a class both physically and emotionally - the group us lovely too. Great to meet up and share exercise and a chat. Why not join a zoom class until the real one can start again in the future?
Yoga For MobilityI'm really enjoying the Activity for Health class and the Yoga for Mobility. In both classes you work at your own pace, if you can do the exercises standing that's fine but it's equally fine if you need to sit. I have several health problems and would struggle to cope with a normal fitness class, but these classes are ideal to keep me moving and getting my body to do some strengthening work. Michelle is very helpful and encouraging, working with you at whatever level you're at.
Activity For HealthI like doing yoga before work, as it sets me up nicely for the day. Chance to get moving and stretch. Great accessible stretching for a lunch time break
The Wake Up YogaI have attended Michelle’s online yoga classes whilst in lockdown. Michelle is a great guide, friendly and always gives great advice on positions and general well-being. I generally tend to go for the higher paced workout classes, but I have found yoga to be a fantastic exercise class and the relaxation to end the sessions is amazing! Highly recommended.

Specialist Bespoke Yoga And ExerciseI have been attending Michelle’s yoga classes online. I have found her classes to be incredibly relaxing and calming, which has really helped with my wellbeing. Michelle’s friendly, gentle, adaptive approach, combined with her great knowledge, skill and teaching style has been very inspirational. She takes time to explain and correct your poses. I would highly recommend her classes.

Group Training with Emily Atack
In November 2023 I had an accident at work, injuring my lower back and hip. I've been in a significant amount of pain affecting everyday activities, sleep and sport. After several visits to the GPs surgery I was referred to the Musculoskeletal Clinic for treatment. During the time waiting for referrals, I came along to my very first Beginner Pilates session that you were running, As a 49 year old man I was very unsure this would be my sort of thing, but you were incredibly welcoming, bubbly and full of energy, you gave such clear instructions about what I should be doing and made the session fun and interesting, so I decided to book onto another class. After only a few sessions I could feel I was becoming stronger in my core. After a couple of months of your classes (Tuesday and Thursday lunchtimes) I have seen both consultants (Hip and Back). They were both surprised with the extra mobility I presented compared to my original assessment just a couple of months earlier. My medical record now states "His straight leg raising test has improved to 90 degrees since he started Pilates. His lumbar spine movement has improved as well". I'm in less pain and have started to feel I could get back to playing Racketball again.
